Our Curriculum

The Cedar Park Tai Chi curriculum is fluid to meet student interests and learning style. The Yang family 24-step form is our foundation. We talk about proper technique, breathing, and martial applications to give you a more comprehensive understanding of the form. Our extended curriculum has covered chi gong breathing, the 42-step form, kung fu tan tui excercises, and both traditional and modern Chinese weapon forms.

Try for free

Everyone is welcome to try a class at no charge. Wear comfortable pants and shirt. A bottle of water isn't a bad idea either. Always let us know if you have any health conditions or injuries we should consider.
